Wendy Heagy Ministry

A Visionary with a Heart for Evangelism

Wendy Heagy was born and raised in Montreal,  Canada.   She ventured to New York to pursue her dance and acting career and has since danced with several concert dance companies and toured nationally,  and internationally.  Wendy combines a strong faith foundation with her experience as a Broadway and TV performer to inspire others, especially through the arts. She engages with people in unique ways, whether through in-person classes, her social media presence, or on stage. Based in New York City, she’s been recognized in both mainstream and Christian circles for her innovative approach in ministry.

Her work has been featured in the New York Times and academic journals, and she’s been celebrated in literature, including a chapter about her in Henry Alford’s book  And Then We Danced: A Voyage into the Groove.

Wendy’s ministry reflects her belief that art and faith can transform lives. Her commitment to evangelism through the arts makes her a trailblazer in her field, and her influence continues to grow as she uses her platform to build community and foster spiritual growth.  She has carved a unique space at the intersection of ministry and the performing arts, using dance and acting as tools for worship, storytelling, and spiritual connection.

Wendy established her Ministry in 1997 for the Glory of God.She has traveled nationally to Massachusetts, Oregon, Puerto Rico, New Jersey, New York , Texas, Pennsylvania and South Carolina and internationally to Germany, Mexico, Canada, Curacao and Aruba teaching and ministering the Word of God through the ministry of dance.
